Sit down with the RDR Builders team to discuss your ideas, budget, section, and lifestyle. We'll help determine the best way forward and begin planning your new home.

Design & Pricing

Work alongside our architectural designer to create a floor plan that suits your family. We'll refine the design and prepare an accurate cost estimate so you know what to expect.

Documentation & Contract

Once you're happy with the design and pricing, we'll finalise the plans, specifications, engineering, and building contract before lodging your consent application.

Building Consent

Your plans are submitted to council for building consent. During this time we finalise selections, order long-lead materials, and schedule trades so everything is ready to go.

Construction Begins

Site preparation, foundations, framing, roofing, windows, and exterior cladding get underway. Your home starts taking shape, and we'll keep you updated throughout the build.

Interior Fit-Out

Insulation, plasterboard, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, painting, and interior finishes are completed as your home comes to life.

Completion & Handover

Final finishing touches, inspections, code compliance, and quality checks are completed before we hand over the keys. All that's left for you to do is move in and enjoy your new RDR Builders home.
